Method

1

Place a frying pan over a large hob. Crack 3 medium sized eggs directly into the pan followed by a fair amount of butter. Grab your spatula and begin to mix. Once completely mixed, you want to turn the hob onto medium-high heat.

3

As the eggs begin to heat, you'll notice that the bottom of the pan will start to turn white. Make sure that you 'scrape' the eggs off of the bottom of the pan. Periodically take the pan off of the heat for a few seconds so that the eggs don't burn.

2

Continue the process from step 2. Your eggs will begin to thicken. Make sure that you keep stirring and 'scraping' the eggs off of the bottom of the pan. Once they're cooked to your preffered level, grab the salt and pepper and season the eggs to your preference.

4

Make some toast to your liking. Place the bread on a plate followed by the eggs. There you have it! Scrambled Egg on Toast!
