Method

To prepare the chicken drumsticks you need to remove the skin from the meat. There are many different techniques for this. The best way to do it is to grab the skin with one hand and cut it off with a knife with the other hand. Once the skin is removed you want to make a few incisions either side of the meat, this helps it cook through when it's in the oven

Roast the chicken for 40 minutes, remove from the oven and enjoy!

Add 50g of Greek Style Yogurt and 10g of mild curry powder. Mix this into the chicken within the mixing bowl. Cover and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 190 Degrees.
